Argor-Heraeus provides a wide range of services related to physical business, such as liquidity management, transport, insurance, laboratory, as well as the transformation of metals in any form (including scrap) into internationally accepted Good Delivery bars or semi-finished products.
Our Services:
Purchase & Hedging
Our policy consists of providing all services in-house with
utmost cost-assessment transparency. We quote spot and
forward prices for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium in all
major currencies. Trades can be done through our trading desk
or via our online platform (e-shop).We offer customized
solutions to our clients by giving direct access to international
precious metals markets thanks to our unique competitive
positioning along the entire value chain. All trades are booked
into clients’ metal accounts held at Argor-Heraeus SA and any
“un-allocated” balance can be quickly converted into physical
products or sold against currency payments/metal transfers, at
request of the customer.
Research & Development
Our team of metallurgists and engineers is constantly working
on improving our alloys’ processes, as well as developing new
technologies ensuring the highest product standard.Equipped
with state-of-the-art technologies, our R&D laboratory ensures
the deep characterization of our alloys in terms of
chemical-physical, mechanical, and thermal properties, allowing
us to support our partners from the development phase all the
way to analysis of the finished product.
